To view in full screen, click on the rectangle button on the far right end of the video panel. Volume can be adjusted by sliding the volume control. We also advise you to check your system volume to optimize audio quality. Meanwhile, you can chat with the Media Team using the chat box right across. All you need to do is, create an account with ustream and login with your id to chat with us straightaway.

• Cannot login to Chat Room
  Log on to www.ustream.tv to create an account or to resolve account related problems.
• Audio not clear
  Adjust volume by checking the computer audio settings and also making sure that your headset/speaker works fine.
• Video Stream Freezing
  Slow download speed can affect video stream quality. Minimum download speed required is 1 Mbps. Check your download speed by logging on to www.speedtest.net or www.speakeasy.net/speedtest.
• Advertisements
  We regret to inform you that our streaming has been overlaid with commercials that are not spiritual. This is exclusively controlled by the Service Provider and NOT by us. We advise you to purchase ad-free hours ($3.99/month) from USTREAM if you wish to watch streaming withour ads. More information at www.ustream.tv/premium-membership.
